Organic Thai Jasmine Rice

Jasmine rice also known as Thai fragrant, long-grained jasmine rice doubles the pleasure of eating a steaming bowl of fluffy rice because of its delicious, nutty taste and characteristic flowery aroma. Jasmine rice registers as a “good” source of niacin, thiamine, iron and selenium because the amounts found in the cooked product range between 10 and 20 percent of the recommended daily requirement. A 1-cup portion of white jasmine rice contains about 2 milligrams of niacin, 0.147 milligrams of vitamin B-6 and around 0.2 milligrams of thiamin. Jasmine rice also provides vitamins B1 and D. The vitamins and minerals in jasmine rice benefit the skin, may help prevent certain cancers and provide quick energy, since it is a complex carbohydrate. It’s also a low-fat, sodium-free food. While rice is filling and does have some vitamins and nutrients, its protein content is “modest”. Our rice plus is designed to increase essential nutrition (i.e. fiber and Protein) and turn the ordinary jasmine rice into the nutrient-dense healthy diet.

Bi-color QUINOA

Quinoa is one of the few grains that contain all nine of the essential amino acids making it an excellent source of plant based complete protein, similar to animal proteins. One of quinoa’s primary health benefits is its insoluble fiber content which is needed to maintain a healthy digestive system and it provides volume to the diet without any additional calories. Food high in insoluble fiber makes us feel full without adding any extra calories. One of the quinoa nutrition benefits is its high level of heart healthy fats such as ALA Omega3 that has been shown to decrease the risk of death from heart attacks. A diet high in ALA can also help reduce cholesterol and blood pressure levels. Quinoa is considered one of the super foods!  It is a tremendous source of vitamins and minerals. Quinoa also provides significantly more calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and zinc when compared to other grains. Quinoa is high in a specific type of antioxidants called flavonoids, it helps to prevent cardiovascular disease, cancer, osteoporosis, diabetes and the reduction of inflammation, a risk factor for chronic diseases.



  • Rice Cooker: Add 1 cup of rice + 1.5 cup of water or adjust as per your preference
  • Microwave: Place 1 cup of rice into a deep microwavable bowl +add 2 cups of boiling water+ cover and cook as recommended
