Our mixed rice is the solution and smoothest way of getting the fiber and packed nutrients in the purple rice berry which originated exclusively from Thailand. Being rich in many antioxidants, vitamins and minerals gives rice berry rice a nutrition profile that is relatively unique. It has high vitamins, minerals, and extremely high in fiber and bran oil. Why Healthy choice Semi-milled rice berry?

It is made by a special soft polishing process (called semi-milled) of the whole grain rice to partly remove some of the external bran for easy cooking preparation, healthy digestive system and better nutrition absorbing. It provides you an easy eating experience with free from the rough texture and hard taste of unpolished or whole grain rice. It presents a softer texture than the whole grain rice berry and softer enough to cook by itself. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Rice Cooker: Add 1 cup of rice + 1.5-2 cup of water or adjust as per your preference
  • Microwave: Place 1 cup of rice into a deep microwavable bowl +add 2-2.5 cups of boiling water+ cover and cook as recommended
